"The driver was very anxious to get us into the taxi. We were still on the train and it was chaos in the station but he kept telling us to hurry. Then he spent about 5 mins complaining and telling us how difficult his job is. I had to say it's not our fault the train was cancelled and late. He was rushing us so much on the phone I couldn't even go to the toilet or get my children a snack. So he was on time but a bit rude about it.
